The Clients Brief:

Graham Ford Architects assisted Andrew Grange Design with the development of this contemporary house in Buckinghamshire.
The client asked for a five bedroom house with landscaped garden with entertaining area; a Gym and cinema room in the basement with on site Garage.

Architect’s response to the brief:

GFA produced working drawings for the external cladding, a mixture of render and timber; the external timber and glass terraces; and assisted with the internal detailing which included a large open plan ground floor with sliding doors and a suspended wood and glass staircase leading to the first floor. The house was successfully completed in 2010.
