“The project was to renovate a 2-bedroom Victorian mansion block apartment in central London before we moved in. Graham Ford managed this for us from design to completion and we are delighted with the outcome. He was pragmatic and easy to work with. We wanted to be fairly hands-on ourselves and Graham was great at accommodating this. The builder was quite disorganized at times and Graham kept on the case to keep things moving along, and continued to help right through until the final account negotiation and whilst fixing the snagging issues. He has a good style: calm, patient and balanced when needed, more assertive when that is what is required.
