The client’s brief:
The brief from our client was to improve the club’s facilities, which included a new padel tennis centre. Other facilities on site include swimming pool, gym, changing rooms and café.
It was important fit the padel tennis onto the site so it worked with easy access from parking and the court location works with other sporting activities taking place nearby.
Planning:
We made sure all the ecological reports and arboriculture assessments the council required were completed to ensure a smooth path through planning.
We established what sports facilities were needed in the borough and how padel tennis would contribute to meeting the needs of the local community.
