Graham Ford Architects are currently acting as project manager for the renovation of this grade 2 listed building for Places for London.
The project involves extensive repairs to the façade, new timber framed shopfronts, re-roofing of the building and a full internal refurbishment creating a new hospitality space above the existing ticket hall. There will be new retail spaces at street level.
As the Project Manager on this NEC3 contract, Graham is responsible for risk management, ensuring the contractor is meeting the programme, assessing claims for extra time and assessing claims for extra costs.
