Graham Ford Architects are currently acting as project manager for the renovation of this grade 2 listed building for Places for London.
The project involves extensive repairs to the façade, new timber framed shopfronts, re-roofing of the building and a full internal refurbishment creating a new hospitality space above the existing ticket hall. There will be new retail spaces at street level.
We are acting as contract administrator during the construction phase which will begin in January 2026.
