• Many large scale housing projects are inefficient with long internal corridors, do not meet building control and London Design Guide standards and lack detail when taken to site.
• Many Design and Build projects have difficulties due to lack of co-ordination by the project architect and lack of good quality construction information.

   OUR SOLUTION

• We are experts in designing and detailing very large scale housing developments for design and build contractors. We bring this knowledge from the building site to the office to inform the new projects we are producing for developers ensuring the mistakes we had to rectify on other architect's schemes are not repeated.
• We  help design and build contractors and developers to successfully build by providing co-ordinated design team management including full BIM integration and detailed construction drawings.
