Project:

Three small townhouses, ten large townhouses and four Mews Houses plus a Nursery School and affordable housing in North Kensington, London The project was designed by architects Aldington, Craig and Collinge.

GFA were employed by Clarendon Gate Limited, the developer for the scheme ( in association with Taylor Wimpey Central London).

The services GFA we provided were:

• Advise on construction quality on site
• Review of site progress and issues affecting completion dates
• Review of the contractor’s design development including review of working drawings and advise regarding waterproofing, design implications and cold bridging
• Ensuring the contractor met his statutory obligations including building control sign off and sign off of Lifetime Homes requirements
• Review of the construction program.
