Graham collaborated with Jan Landolt, Cassina and Foster and Partners in the development of construction documentation and the delivery of new university in Masdar, Abu Dhabi, acting as Executive Architect for the Fit Out contractor. GFAs role was to manage a design team based in India and co-ordinate a multi-disciplinary team based in both London and Italy. The project included 360 apartments; new laboratory buildings; student centres, gymnasium and library. When build this project for the construction of a new city was one of the largest construction projects in the world. The project was successfully delivered and won a RIBA International Award in 2011
